Once your order leaves our warehouses, you will receive an email with the tracking code to monitor your shipment.

The confirmation email is sent upon order finalization. Occasionally, it may end up in your email's promotions or spam folder. 

Orders are dispatched via CTT, offering standard shipping at €4.95 or express shipping at €6.95.

You have up to 14 days from the arrival date of your order to request a return. Items must be in perfect condition.

Please send an email to geral@mona351.com to request a return. In the email, indicate the subject, order number, and pickup address. On the agreed-upon day, CTT will collect your parcel. Once we have verified the condition of the returned items, you will
receive an email notification of the requested refund. This will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase, and depending on your bank, it may take between 3 and 12 business days. We are not responsible for shipping costs except when the issue is ours.

The exchange process is similar to the return process. First, a return will be processed, followed by a refund issued in the form of a discount code for purchasing a new wallet on our website (or in a physical store, if available). Yes, if the order has not yet been processed. Please send an email to geral@mona351.com explaining the situation and identifying the order number for which you want the address changed.
